As of this Thursday, I will be rebranding this Substack to The Joy of Breathing. I will continue to send one newsletter a week but have a clearer focus on the benefits of breathing and how the breath can support health and wellness.
It’s one of my favourite topics and biggest passions so I’m excited for this new chapter.
Why now?
I have been thinking about doing this for some time but recently I dug into the data here on Substack. I learned that it is much better to have a niche or a topic that is clear and concise when each reader signs up.
At the moment, I don’t have that. So, I want to be more intentional. I want to provide you with more value and grow a community around my love of the breath.
I totally understand if this isn’t what you signed up for. If you decide to leave I won’t be offended. I write widely and broadly on Medium.com so if you would like to keep reading what I write you might like to join over there.
But come Thursday, this newsletter will have a new focus.
